Brasilia, by Massimo Iosa Ghini wins the Green Good Design Award 2023

The Brasilia radiator, designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini is awarded the Green Good Design Award 2023, an international recognition that foreshadows a more’ sustainable future.

Brasilia, Caleido’s radiator designed by architect Massimo Iosa Ghini, is among the “green projects” awarded the celebrated GREEN GOOD DESIGN ® Award 2023, one of the oldest awards for new product design. Brasilia figures in the GREEN PRODUCT category due to its sustainability features, in a diverse context of international excellence.

Brasilia relates to living space with an aesthetically appealing form to be exhibited, not hidden. Already its name is an homage to a master of modern architecture, Oscar Niemeyer, whose buildings reflect the use of dynamic forms and sculptural curves.

“It is not just a product, but a piece of architecture, fully representing my mantra ‘sustainable but beautiful’ a sculpture because of its continuous dialogue with light that describes its alternating extruded aluminum profiles in an interplay of light and shadow,” explains architect Iosa Ghini.
