An eclectic space that brings together different design figures including a selection of exclusive Caleido products under the banner of connection and uniqueness.
Starting with the rehabilitation of a disused local guesthouse, the project involved ten architectural firms called upon to rethink the spaces of what will become an experimental hospitality hub, each with their own inspiration and idea of hospitality.
The project is also meant to be a significant example of how old facilities, which have been the foundation of Rimini’s tourism industry but now need to be rethought in order to remain competitive, can be redeveloped.
A unique experience-there is no other such example in Italy-that aims to be an attraction in the destination and aim to make staying in the facility an emotional and experiential adventure due to its originality.
