In 1977 Marco Piva, a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, was a founding member of Studio Dada Associates, one of the most famous design studios of the Radical Design period. Then in 1990 he established the Studio that still bears his name and embodies his design philosophy. The constant research into the structural and functional character of spaces, and into technologies and materials, which was carried out with great regard for the environment, is a fundamental element of the planning and design philosophy of the Studio, which also pursues a continuity of design between architecture and interior design - a strategic component for developing successful projects.
